A large client based in Hartlebury, specialising in building materials, is currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their business. We are looking for a mechanically biased engineer with experience working in manufacturing / factory environments, with a minimum level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline.Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

Reactive maintenance & Planned Preventative Maintenance
Breakdowns
Promote Lean thinking
Installation of plant machinery
Use variety of skills, eg. welding, fitting

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

Welding/basic fabrication
Level 3 Engineering qualification
Fault finding experience is essential
Electrical control systems experience but role is mechanically biased
Be physically fit as the role can be physically demanding
