- Provide administrative support to senior team members, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
- Manage diaries, organise meetings, and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a professional approach.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy access and reference.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by senior staff.
- Assist in the planning and execution of team events or client meetings.
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and liaise with suppliers as needed.
- Perform other ad hoc duties to support the smooth running of the office.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within the property industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A professional and approachable demeanour when interacting with team members and clients.
- Competitive hourly rate of approximately £14.40-£17.60 per hour.
- Contract is 2-3 months, this is a newly created role due to a continued amount of growth in the business
- Flexible working hours: Monday to Wednesday (10:00-15:30) and Thursday (10:00-15:00).
