- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of Case Managers working with injury-related claims.
- Act as the main point of contact for incoming queries, correspondence, and scheduling requests.
- Coordinate and manage diaries for the Director and Head of Department.
- Assist in booking travel arrangements, meetings and any ad hoc duties for the Director and Head of Department.
- Prepare and format reports, documentation, and client case notes with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist with invoicing, case tracking, and ensuring compliance with internal systems and timelines.
- Liaise with clients, clinicians, and legal representatives in a professional and confidential manner.
- Strong administration or PA experience.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently to support remote teams and senior leaders.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other case management or CRM systems.
