We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our primary care team as an Operational Manager.We require an operational manager to lead the development of a both children and adult core team and support the delivery of a range of vaccinations, immunizations and injections as the programme develops. You will be responsible for operating teams including the planning, development and monitoring of services as well as service finance management, recruitment, performance monitoring and service delivery. You will also providing reports to key stakeholders, including Health and Social Care Partnership leads. You will have excellent organizational, planning and communication skills to enable you to effectively liaise closely with multidisciplinary teams and be able to work with wide variety of stakeholders.
