
IT Manager

- Develop and present an annual IT budget and cashflow forecast to the Board.
- Propose and lead on IT strategy, covering:
- Cloud services adoption and architecture
- Cybersecurity and data backup frameworks
- IT workflow enhancements
- Use of AI and automation
- Disaster recovery and business continuity
- Maintain and upgrade servers at both offices
- Monitor and manage UPS systems.
- Manage endpoint and server operating systems and ensure all software licensing is compliant and current (Microsoft 365, Adobe, Autodesk, etc.).
- Maintain backup systems and ensure data resilience.
- Manage relationships with ISPs and other third-party providers.
- Maintain and improve office IT equipment, including conference room tech and telephone systems.
- Proven experience in an IT Manager role, ideally within the construction or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and business systems.
- Confident in presenting to and advising board-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing strategic projects with hands-on support work.
- Strong communicator and effective collaborator across all levels of a business.
