There is an environment that encourages new ideas and shared learning to improve the patients care and experience. There is an established preceptorship system in place to develop you in your role as a leader, along with commitment to professional development with on-going education to facilitate care delivery of the highest standards. You will work in close partnership with the multi-disciplinary team in caring for patients with a range of respiratory conditions such as Asthma, Pneumonia, COPD, COVID19 as well as those in acute Type 1 and Type 2 Respiratory failure. The jobholder will play an essential role assisting the Senior Sister with the 24 hour continuing responsibility for the effective and efficient management of the ward.
