Salary: £12.90 per hourStart the Day Right – Join Us as a Breakfast Chef at the RNLI CollegeWe’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our dedicated kitchen team at the RNLI College in Poole. Working in a truly unique and rewarding environment, your role will directly support the wellbeing of RNLI crew members and college guests through quality food service.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with structured early shifts and excellent work-life balance, ideal for chefs who thrive in the morning and enjoy a consistent routine.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Cooking and serving breakfast for guests and lifeboat crew
  • Preparing components and ingredients for the next day’s service
  • Assembling afternoon teas with care and attention to detail
  • Producing healthy, satisfying packed lunches for RNLI crew
  • Maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
  • Reporting directly to the Head Chef and working as part of a supportive team
