This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusive education and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced, values-driven setting.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience supporting progress and attainment for secondary-aged pupils
  • A strong track record of working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • A proactive, resilient, and compassionate approach to supporting learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine commitment to educational equity and excellence
