OverviewAre you looking to start a professional career with a company that encourages growth and progression, with no experience needed?You’ll be working as an Administration Assistant to provide support to our claims handling teams. No experience required! You'll receive comprehensive training and support which will allow you to succeed in the role.Once you’ve passed your probation period, typically 3-months, you’ll be able to work from home two days per week. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9am-5pm.We provide excellent opportunities for career progression, with the potential to transition into our claims team within your first year! To support your career progression, we’ll also contribute financially for you to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII)!
How you'll make an impactYour role will ne to support the claims process and provide general office administration support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company standards and regulations.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Accurately recording, acknowledging, and closing claims using company software.
- Handling correspondence, including issuing standard letters and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
- Maintaining organised filing systems for claims folders.
- Assist with diary management and complete paperwork and correspondence accurately.
- Support general office tasks such as answering phone calls, printing, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
- You’re an organised individual who can balance and prioritise your workload
- You can communicate clearly through email and phone correspondence
- You work well independently and as part of a team
- You pay attention to detail and can focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment
