- Support individuals or small groups to access learning and develop their independence
- Provide care and emotional support, creating a safe and encouraging space
- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver creative, inclusive lessons

- Comfortable providing personal care when needed
- Ideally experienced or qualified in SEND support (e.g. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
- Proficient in numeracy and literacy skills, with qualifications equivalent to GCSE Grade A-C.
- Specialist facilities, including outdoor learning areas, sensory playrooms, and additional therapy support.
