💰 Pay: £90–£115 per day (depending on experience)Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a thriving secondary school that is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and keen to make a positive impact on students aged 11–16.Key Responsibilities:Support students across a range of subjects in class and during small group interventionsAssist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessonsProvide 1:1 support for students with additional learning needsHelp manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning environmentContribute to the overall wellbeing and progress of the studentsWhat we’re looking for:Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school settingA proactive, patient and enthusiastic approach to learning supportExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA desire to pursue a career in educationA valid DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for oneIf you’re ready to make a difference in a young person’s education and develop your experience in a secondary school setting, we’d love to hear from you.
