- Will hold a Level 2 qualification or above in Health and Social Care
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- People who enjoy interactivity with the people we support. Some activities include: Sightseeing, daytrips etc.
- Driving licence preferred but not essential.
- Days: Shifts Between 07:00-23:00
- Sleep ins paid at a flat rate of £63.70
- Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis
