Your first step into the world of global product sourcing.Join one of the UK’s fastest growing activewear and lifestyle brands and a business that’s making waves in the industry with innovative designs, premium quality, and a community led approach.As Sourcing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping the team deliver products customers love, from concept to delivery.This is the perfect role if you’re early in your career in buying, merchandising or supply chain and want to gain more hands on experience in a fast paced and creative industry.What you will be responsible for as the Sourcing Assistant:
  • Keep supplier records and databases up to date
  • Support the onboarding of new suppliers and gather all required compliance documentation
  • Assist with sample tracking, ensuring products meet spec and arrive on time
  • Help with cost comparisons, supplier performance tracking, and freight term analysis
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers from development to delivery
  • Keep an eye on industry trends and emerging sourcing opportunities
The sort of experience you will have to be our new Sourcing Assistant:
  • 6+ months experience in sourcing, buying, merchandising, or supply chain
  • Good Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm for fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle products
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
