As a Sourcing Executive, you’ll work closely with suppliers across the globe, ensuring products are sourced sustainably, competitively, and to the highest quality standards.You’ll take a hands-on role in supplier management, cost negotiation, and strategic sourcing working alongside a high performing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What you will be responsible for as the Sourcing Executive:

Build and maintain strong relationships across a global supplier network.
Negotiate effectively with suppliers, understanding payment terms, MOQs, lead times, and cost-saving strategies
Collaborate with suppliers on cross costing exercises to optimise value and maintain quality
Monitor supplier performance using the monthly traffic light system and send performance reports to stakeholders
Keep supplier factory data accurate and up to date, with monthly reviews and updates
Scope out and assess potential new suppliers with the Senior Sourcing Manager
Stay informed about different countries of origin (COOs) and their manufacturing capabilities
Support the achievement of key sustainability goals and stay up to date with the latest innovations in ethical sourcing
Coordinate and manage incoming product samples within the office.
Run sourcing and performance reports with confidence, using strong Excel skills to analyse data
Manage day-to-day email communication with the global supply base.
Work closely with internal teams including Product Development, Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless collaboration in delivering the global sourcing strategy

The sort of experience you will have to be our new Sourcing Executive:

2–3 years’ experience in Sourcing, Buying, Merchandising, Product Development or Supply Chain.
Strong negotiation skills and confidence working directly with suppliers
Knowledge of payment terms, duty rates, lead times and country specific manufacturing capabilities
Excellent Excel skills with the ability to run, read, and interpret reports
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, collaborative approach to problem solving
An interest in activewear, fashion, or lifestyle products and a passion for sustainability
