
Service Coordinator

- Raise Service Orders and issue to engineers via our electronic system
- Follow up the repair with accurate completion of the job record through to invoicing
- Maximise all sales opportunities and ensure a proactive approach is taken
- Manage and monitor KPI's for fleet on our own contracts and book in accordingly
- Process engineers' timesheets and monitor utilisation
- Process parts and associated labour costs into our SAP system
- Raise and process 3rd Party Purchase Orders
- Process work orders on our customers portals
- Experience working in a Service type environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- SAP experience (Desirable)
- Organisation is key in this multi-tasking role
