- • Oversee annual, sick, family, and other leave processes, ensuring accurate tracking and wellbeing support.
- • Maintain our HR systems, ensuring clean, reliable people data for reporting and insights.
- • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes that reflect our culture and values.
- • Run internal engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and recognition schemes.
- • Organise internal and external training opportunities and track L&D budgets.
- • Help managers facilitate capability conversations and career development plans.
- • Coordinate job postings, screen candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- • Support initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and hiring pipeline.
- • Drive employee engagement surveys and help turn insights into action.
- • Champion culture and inclusion as we continue to scale.
- • Solid knowledge of UK employment law, HR operations, and best practices.
- • Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment is a big plus.
- • Strong interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset-confident, compassionate, and discreet.
- • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with structure, clarity, and a proactive mindset.
- • CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards it) is preferred.
