A proper leadership role at a tight-knit, high-performing agency with clients in property, professional services and retail — and a profitable business that is delivering long-term value, not chasing headlines.You’ll lead on key B2B accounts, manage two team members, and be trusted to run the agency machine — the agency is in great shape, and the next few years are about sustainable scale , not stressy chaos.They’re now looking for a PR Account Director to lead on key accounts, manage a small team, and help shape the agency’s future. It’s a proper leadership role – but still hands-on, with room to grow.What You’ll Be Doing✔ Leading across a mix of corporate and B2B PR clients
✔ Driving strategic and tactical delivery – from planning to press office
✔ Managing and mentoring two team members
✔ Reporting clearly on impact and ROI
✔ Contributing to new business and futureproofing the agency
✔ Working directly with the founder and senior team to keep things moving forwardWhat You’ll Bring✅ 5+ years’ agency experience , with a strong corporate/B2B grounding
✅ Excellent writing, planning, and media skills
