- Supporting the team with day-to-day commercial tasks and helping ensure we meet contract requirements.
- Assisting with maintenance work approvals, emergency notifications, and invoicing.
- Helping manage insurance claims by gathering information and supporting negotiations.
- Working with finance teams to ensure costs are tracked and invoiced correctly.
- Contributing to training sessions and briefings to build your commercial knowledge.
- Keeping track of important correspondence and updates.
- Assisting with pricing, productivity analysis, and market research.
- Helping produce reports and update service documentation.
- Supporting the creation of tenancy agreements and other legal documents.
- Great communication skills - written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and a basic understanding of financial principles.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ideally studying towards or holding a qualification in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
- A willingness to learn about contracts and commercial processes.
- PFI experience is ideal but not essential.
