- Assist in preparing and maintaining production reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Support scheduling and coordination of production activities and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., supply chain, logistics, quality) to support production flow.
- Help track and follow up on continuous improvement actions and CAPEX project updates.
- Where required, assist with health & safety documentation and training records.
- Support with Environmental returns administration every quarter.
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Support onboarding and training coordination for new production staff.
- Help manage inventory records and liaise with procurement for material needs.
- Perform general office duties to support the production team.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
