We are working with a respected City-based law firm seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Banking, Governance & Corporate team.In this role, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to partners and solicitors within the department.Key Responsibilities:
  • Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
  • Formatting and proofreading documents to a high standard
  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing and processing bills and invoices
  • General administrative support as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in a similar legal environment
  • Strong audio and copy typing skills are essential
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
