- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.
- Previous experience in a Site Manager role, ideally on large-scale or complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel across the EMEA region as required.
- Full driving license (essential).
