This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a world-class team recognised for its patient-centered care.As a Paediatric Staff Nurse within the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care inpatient ward, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of holistic care for children. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement in patient care through research, evidence-based practice, and the enhancement of clinical skills within the specialty. - NMC Child Registered Nurse with basic paediatric life support
- Desirable experience with tracheostomised patients
- Understanding of safeguarding issues and clinical governance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
