Job Title: Marketing Change ManagerContract Type: Secondment/FTC – 12 monthsLocation: London or Edinburgh or Alderley ParkWorking style: Hybrid 50% home/office basedClosing date: 18th September 2025Join our Marketing Change team at Royal London and play a key role in two exciting projects. The first is a migration project, where we will be moving around 250,000 policies. This will help us improve our technology and get ready for new products. You'll also work on the Pension Dashboard project, which will make it easier for customers to see all their pension information in one place.As a Marketing Change Manager, you’ll lead change at scale and ensure all marketing activities within large scale programmes and the Pension Dashboard project are fully aligned with the group’s brand and ways of working.About the role
  • Lead and manage change initiatives within large scale programmes and the Pension Dashboard project, ensuring alignment to brand and marketing governance.
  • Co-ordinate and support transformation projects across the group that leverage your Marketing expertise. Focus on initiatives like the migration and simplification of protection systems, ensuring our marketing strategies align seamlessly with these changes.
  • Ensure all migration and Pension Dashboard-related marketing activity complies with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic marketing change.
  • People Leader responsibilities, you will inspire and guide your team to achieve their full potential, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
About you
  • Proven track record in managing change, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
  • Experience delivering large-scale projects or transformation projects.
  • Experience in a financial services/regulatory setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing governance frameworks and best practice.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and compliance.
