- Lead and manage change initiatives within large scale programmes and the Pension Dashboard project, ensuring alignment to brand and marketing governance.
- Co-ordinate and support transformation projects across the group that leverage your Marketing expertise. Focus on initiatives like the migration and simplification of protection systems, ensuring our marketing strategies align seamlessly with these changes.
- Ensure all migration and Pension Dashboard-related marketing activity complies with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver strategic marketing change.
- People Leader responsibilities, you will inspire and guide your team to achieve their full potential, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Proven track record in managing change, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
- Experience delivering large-scale projects or transformation projects.
- Experience in a financial services/regulatory setting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of marketing governance frameworks and best practice.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and compliance.
