The purpose of the role is to assist the Educational Psychology team in delivering an Educational Psychology service for the children, young people and their settings.

What you will do:
Supporting and contributing to the role of the Educational Psychologist (EP) in providing a high quality, person centred and sustainable educational psychology service to schools and settings in Powys.
To carry out observation in settings, with the permission of the child’s parent/s.
To complete checklists of child development, with guidance from an EP.
To gather and collate information for consultations by an EP.
Assisting in the preparation and delivery of professional training sessions facilitated by EPs.
To gather resources to support consultations and/or training sessions by EPs.
