
Senior Pensions Admin - Defined Benefits (Hybrid)

- Ensure scheme activities comply with rules and SLAs
- Perform complex pensions calculations, data entry, and handle member queries
- Communicate with clients and members; attend meetings as needed
- Review and check work for accuracy and compliance
- Stay up to date with technical, procedural, and legislative changes
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Manage small-scale, ad hoc projects
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to resolve issues and complaints
- Defined Benefit experience is essential
- Pensions working experience
- Ability to perform complex pension calculations, and the ability to peer review other calculations to a high standard of accuracy
- Strong knowledge of member calculation processes, Defined Benefit (DB) scheme knowledge, scheme types and governing legislation issues.
