You will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility over pending cases, gaining extensive in-court experience. This position offers excellent career development potential with support from leading disputes partners.ResponsibilitiesManage disclosure exercises for complex litigation mattersDraft statements of case and other key litigation documentsConduct witness interviews and proofingCarry out legal research and analysis to provide strategic adviceAssist with trial preparation including bundling and drafting skeleton argumentsAttend court hearings and trials as an important member of the teamLiaise with clients, counsel, experts and other third partiesRequirementsAdmitted to pratice in England and Wales without the need for sponsorship3-6 years PQE in commercial litigationStrong academic background and excellent technical skillsPrevious experience in commercial litigation, including trial experienceAccomplished legal researcher and writerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills​For more information about this position, please get in touch with Rebecca Collins.
