Commercial Litigation Associate - 1-4 PQE Top 30 International firm | Legal 500 Commercial Litigation| London | £95,000 - £105,000 The firm / team: · Successful candidates can look forward to joining one of the largest law firms in the UK, based in London, looking to strengthen their Commercial disputes offering with the addition of a talented junior associate. · They are considered to be amongst the leading law firms in the UK for Commercial Litigation law, specialising in complex commercial disputes, and ranked in the Legal 500 (Mid-Market) for their disputes offering, in London. · You will be joining a specialised team, who handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters across a range of sectors, large, national and multinational corporates, professional services, media businesses, sports clubs and various high-net worth individuals and family offices. · This is a hardworking firm, offering a market-leading salary with a reasonable chargeable hours contribution. The role: · As a Commercial Litigation Associate within the team, you can expect to undertake a broad range of work with a supportive collegiate department. · The work involved will include advising on contentious matters, relating predominantly to corporate and commercial, as well as Partnership and LLP disputes, media disputes, and insolvency disputes. · You will be litigating high value claims at various levels, frequently collaborating with international lawyers to resolve cross-border disputes, including domestic and international arbitrations. · Depending on experience, you may be expected to deal with disputes in the High Court, appellate courts, and in arbitrations. · The firm have place a large emphasis upon work life balance, and have a relatively low target hours contribution of 1400 p/a.
