- Leading the customer services team to deliver exceptional customer services to clients
- Oversee all aspects of customer services operations
- Drive continuous improvements within the department
- Ensuring that customer services standards are upheld, including setting KPIs and ensuring they are met and process's within the team are upheld
- Monitoring and reviewing performance
- General department reporting for senior management
- Managing escalated customer queries and resolving
- Team Leadership / hands on management experience in supporting, leading, developing and being a mentor to a customer services team
- Customer services excellence focused
- Experienced in performance monitoring
- Process improvement experienced
- E-commerce platforms experience would be beneficial
- Holding ERP and CRM systems user experience
- Fantastic salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per annum
