- Handle incoming queries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative duties.
- Proficiency in standard office software and systems.
