- Processing new orders, setting up customer accounts, and ensuring accurate delivery details
- Maintaining client relationships by updating them throughout the order process via phone and email
- Posting purchase invoices, coding, inputting into the system, and filing
- Posting and allocating stock invoices, verifying goods received, and filing
- Posting bank transactions, reconciling weekly, and filing payment sheets
- Preparing and sending monthly customer statements via email
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a Finance Administrator role with knowledge of financial software and Excel
