
Maintenance Supervisor

- Lead the day-to-day maintenance team to deliver planned and reactive maintenance.
- Act as first-line technical support for breakdowns and escalate complex issues.
- Drive high standards of maintenance quality, safety, and performance on shift.
- Schedule and allocate daily maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
- Gives hands on assistance to maintenance teams with diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance.
- Support the Maintenance Manager in delivering KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Ensure spare parts, tools, and maintenance records are up to date and well-managed.
- Train and mentor technicians and new team members.
- Carry out any resonable request or requirement of the role.
- Strong mechanical or electrical background with relevant technical qualification.
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Strong knowledge of safety practices and working within compliance frameworks.
- Multi-skilled engineer (electrical & mechanical).
- Experience with CMMS or similar maintenance systems.
