Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor looking for a new opportunity ? Would you like to wirk for an established, successful manufacturing business ?We are supporting a manufacturer of high precision components, supplying industries across the UK and overseas in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor.As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include
  • This is a hands on role, where you will lead a small team of 3 by example.
  • Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 2 Engineers and 1 Apprentice
  • Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak)
  • Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns
  • Reading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level
  • PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults
  • Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate will -
  • Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturing
  • Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above)
  • Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc)
On offer -
  • A basic salary of up to £50K
  • Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
  • 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
