- Lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing with business development, and service delivery.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity and proposition.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Lead brand development projects including visual identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines.
- Oversee digital engagement strategies including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
- Use marketing automation tools to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- Monitor and optimise digital performance metrics.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and communications teams.
- Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
- Track KPIs and ROI across campaigns and channels.
- Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven success in leading marketing within healthcare or related sectors.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and integrated campaign management.
- Expertise in brand strategy and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Batchelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
