- Leading product launches and shaping pricing, packaging, and adoption strategies
- Delivering content, SEO, and AI-driven optimisation to fuel demand
- Optimising journeys, landing pages, and forms to maximise demo conversions
- Implementing lifecycle and nurture programs that move prospects through the funnel
- Enabling Sales with battlecards, ROI tools, and actionable competitive insights
- Mentoring and developing a team while delivering quick, measurable wins
- Extensive B2B SaaS product marketing experience (7+ years) with direct ownership of inbound growth and demand generation
- Proven track record of building inbound engines (content, SEO, CRO, lifecycle) that drive qualified pipeline and revenue
- Hands-on expertise in go-to-market strategy, product launches, and sales enablement, including pricing and packaging input
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel diagnostics, attribution, and test-and-learn optimisation
- Demonstrated use of AI and modern martech tools (GA4, HubSpot/Marketo, Webflow/WordPress, Hotjar/Clarity, A/B testing) to scale impact
- Skilled storyteller who can connect customer pain points to value, with bonus points for recruitment tech domain knowledge.
- Domain familiarity with recruitment tech (ATS/CRM, job boards, sourcing, placements)
- A basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
