Fusion Housing are looking for the right person to join our support team within our HOMEs service; you will be experienced in supporting vulnerable individuals to realise their goals and move on into independent, suitable accommodation.The role includes:
  • Supporting people, finding out about their life journey and working together to make their goals a reality through support planning.
  • Updating support plans and risk assessments.
  • Providing person centred support to adults who sometimes have very complex and challenging behaviours such as learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety and personality disorders and psychotic disorders
  • Encouraging individuals to build their confidence so they can create good relations with others.
  • Linking in with other professionals such as Housing Officers, Social Workers and CPNs,
  • Helping remove the barriers people may have to finding suitable independent housing.
  • Being understanding and supportive when times are tough; you'll become that friendly face for someone to talk and listen to, whilst supporting the client to tenancy sustainment.
The qualities we're looking for:
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a sense of curiosity and lots of imagination.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic team where people support each other and are happy to get stuck in.
  • Being able to work on own initiative and enjoy the challenge of an ever changing workload.
