- Offer 1:1 and group-based support and practical advice on housing, tenancy management, budgeting, and life skills.
- Collaborate with agencies, families, and social networks to build a support system around each young person.
- Promote client involvement and co-production of services through workshops and feedback channels.
- Work a shift pattern between 7.30am and 10.30pm on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays
- A genuine passion for working with young people
- Experience of providing support in housing, social care or youth work settings
- A working knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
