Vehicle Technician Required in Tonbridge, Kent:
  • Basic Salary: L1 Technician up to £35,000 | L2 Technician up to £40,000 | L3 Diagnostic Technician up to £45,000
  • On-Target Earnings: Competitive and uncapped - earn £60,000+
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a 1in 4 /1 in 6 rota basis

Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and maintenance to a high standard.
  • Communicating technical information to Service Advisors and customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient workshop operations.
  • Staying up to date with industry innovations and participating in manufacturer training programs.
What our client expects of their Vehicle Technicians:
  • A qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) ideally to Level 3 standard.
  • Proven experience working on a range of vehicles, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
