Duties:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3, 4, and 5.
  • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and achievement.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives, including parent's evenings and extracurricular activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A relevant degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
  • Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary school level.
  • Excellent classroom management and a passion for working with young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
