- Develop and execute a local growth strategy
- Increase instructions and landlord partnerships
- Win new instructions through valuations
- Focusing on repeat clients, landlords, and developers
- Lead, coach, and develop the Lewisham lettings team to achieve high performance
- Maintain effective communication between the office and central teams (marketing, property management)
- Oversee the lettings process from instruction to move-in, ensuring compliance with all legislation
- Monitor marketing quality, applicant management, and client communications
- Build and maintain visibility in the local market through events and landlord engagement
- Current Senior Negotiator or Lettings Manager with a proven track record in listings and instructions
- Commercially driven with ambition to grow beyond personal targets
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset to build and inspire a team
- Solid knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance (Right to Rent, AML, etc.)
- Confident, professional, and excellent at building relationships with clients and landlords
