Lettings Manager - Hounslow, Greater LondonLocation: Hounslow, West London & Iver
Salary: From £30,000 + commission + fuel allowance
Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri (8:30am-6:00pm) + alternate Saturdays (10:00am-4:00pm)About the Company

We are on the lookout for an experienced Lettings Manager to take the lead in our lettings division. This is a hands-on management role where you'll be driving growth, winning new business, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone ambitious who wants to make a real impact and progress in their career.What You'll Do
  • Oversee the entire lettings cycle, from market appraisal to move-in
  • Carry out valuations and secure new landlord instructions
  • Expand and nurture the lettings portfolio
  • Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with lettings legislation (ASTs, deposits, Right to Rent checks, etc.)
  • Motivate and support lettings team members
  • Build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Handle renewals, rent reviews, and end-of-tenancy matters
  • Work closely with property management to ensure smooth transitions
  • Report on lettings performance to senior directors
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in lettings (senior negotiator or management level)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • Based within easy reach of Hounslow & Iver
  • Fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, and English
  • Strong legal and procedural lettings knowledge
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve
  • Highly organised, motivated, and target-focused
  • ARLA qualification is a bonus, but not essential
