- Lead and manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and conduct matters, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local employment laws.
- Conduct thorough investigations, prepare documentation, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders.
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to coach and advise on ER best practices, risk mitigation, and case resolution strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case records using internal tracking systems
- Support the development and delivery of ER-related training and capability-building initiatives for the wider People Team and people leaders.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and external advisors on complex cases, including settlement agreements and tribunal preparation where necessary.
- Monitor ER trends and contribute to policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc support to the People Partnering team on projects such as (but not limited to) organisational restructures, TUPE transfers, and change management programmes.
- Proven experience in an ER-focused role, ideally within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
- Strong knowledge of UK and US employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and complex cases with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with confidential data and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Experience supporting international ER cases or working in a global HR function.
