As an ER Investigations Case Triage Specialist within our investigation team, you will be the central point of contact for all reports and inquiries relating to Bullying, Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation (BHDR). Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment, you will be responsible for quickly assessing the nature and severity of complex claims to ensure that investigations are initiated where appropriate. Your work will help maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our company's values and legal obligations.Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial and ongoing point of contact for all BHDR-related investigation requests coming from diverse sources including employee reports, HR ireferrals, and anonymous channels;
- Proactively monitor the regional case management tool and promptly triage incoming cases, prioritizing based on urgency, complexity, and potential impact on the workplace environment;
- Where required, perform detailed intake assessments to gather relevant information, evaluate the credibility and seriousness of each claim, and determine whether the matter requires further investigation;
- Apply global triage standards, adjusting for any country-specific legal or cultural nuances, to ensure consistent and fair handling of all cases;
- Clearly define the scope and parameters of investigations, documenting key case details and interview summaries, then collaborate closely with investigators to facilitate smooth handover and ongoing case management;
- Manage cases that do not meet the threshold for investigation by closing them appropriately according to company policies and global guidelines;
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partners such as HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Employment Legal, and investigators to ensure coordinated responses and consistent communication;
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records in the case management system, ensuring all data fields and case notes are up to date and compliant with data privacy standards;
- Stay informed on evolving employment laws, regulations, and best practices to guide the assessment and prioritization of cases effectively;
- Support the broader investigation team by participating in ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the investigative function and employee experience.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications

- Communication Excellence: Possesses clear and empathetic communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with employees, HR Business Partners, investigators, and legal teams. Can convey complex information succinctly and with sensitivity;
- Confidentiality and Ethical Judgment: Upholds strict confidentiality in handling sensitive data and case details, always prioritizing ethical considerations and compliance with privacy laws and company policies;
- Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment typical of the tech industry. Adapts quickly to changing priorities and remains composed under pressure;
- Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with employment laws, anti discrimination regulations, and compliance requirements, with an understanding of how these impact BHDR cases;
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve triage processes, case tracking, and reporting, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the investigation team.Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR investigations, compliance, employee relations, or a related function within a technology-driven or global organization;
- Works effectively across multiple teams and departments, fostering trust and cooperation while navigating potentially challenging situations. Skilled at building strong partnerships to drive timely and effective investigation outcomes;
- Exposure to handling cases involving bullying, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including legal, HR, and operations;
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex workplace dynamics and legal considerations in a multinational context.
