- Driving collaboration between IT Service, vendors and the business.
- Owning the IT vendor lifecycle and contract maintenance within IT Operations.
- Maturing IT process and standards - especially within the supply base.
- Promoting user engagement within the business, outside of IT.
- Owning Change Management processes.
- Working alongside the Service Desk Manager to maintain the IT Service Catalogue and manage vendor relationships.
- Input into the IT Operations budgets and roadmap.
- Supporting operational compliance against industry/regulatory standards (e.g. PCI, GDPR, ITIL) is adhered to.
- Delivering consolidated reporting metrics to management & the wider business
- Producing dashboards, service reporting and detailed analysis for management and other IT support groups.
- Broad experience around interfacing IT, the business and its suppliers.
- Strong relationship management, commercial awareness and communication skills.
- Demonstrable skills in making a positive difference to IT.
- Confidence to drive IT standards throughout the business.
- Knowledge of ITIL would be advantageous.
- Attention to detail and ability to review, implement and follow processes and guidelines.
- Someone who can work to high standards and demonstrates high levels of drive.
