About The RoleThis role will be responsible for leading and managing projects using Agile methodologies within the organization. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aimed at enhancing the company's digital capabilities and improving operational efficiency.What will you be doing?
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and deliver detailed project plans
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile practices
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various departments
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans
  • Release Planning and Coordination: Be responsible for planning and coordinating software releases

About YouWhat are we looking for?Essential:
  • Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desirable:
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
