
Sales Development Representative - Logistics

- Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).
- Respond to inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, updating our CRM accurately and consistently.
- Understand our products, services, and value proposition to communicate them confidently to prospects.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Proven experience in logistics sales: cold sales, telesales, or lead generation role within a B2B environment, ideally with exposure to SaaS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Uncapped commission.
- Hybrid working (initially 4-5 days office-based, moving to 3-4 days with time).
