
Sales Development Representative

- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of potential customers.
- Respond to inbound leads-qualify them and book product tour meetings.
- Accurately forecast weekly and monthly performance metrics.
- Overachieve on set KPI's to help drive your annual sales target.
- Actively promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team and in customer interactions.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and/or Salesloft.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding lead generation or sales targets.
- A proactive “hunter” mindset, passionate about new business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and deliver engaging sales decks and introductory presentations.
- Organised, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a high-performance sales team.
