You will work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure that every child reaches their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support for pupils with diverse SEN needs.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
  • Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Monitor and report on pupil progress to teachers and parents.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider school team to develop and implement strategies for individual learning plans.
About YouExperience is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience as a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, ideally in a similar setting.
  • A deep understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are highly desirable.
