- Proven experience as a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant, ideally in a similar setting.

- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are highly desirable.
