We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.The shift pattern for this post: Monday - Friday, 9-5, 4:30 on Wednesdays.You will be required to provide an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative service to the Senior Management Team and the wider CNS Team. It is essential that you are a proficient typist with excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of personalities. You must show competence in the use of a range of computer packages, evidenced by experience or formal qualification e.g. ECDL. You must show knowledge of working in an office environment and of operation of office equipment and systems. Experience with systems such as EMIS MH, EMIS C&F and CHI are desirable although not essential as full training will be given.
