- oRecognised post-graduate qualification in MSK x-ray reporting or willingness to work towards
- oDegree or equivalent in Diagnostic Radiography.
- oValid HCPC registration.
- oPrevious demonstrable MSK x-ray reporting experience within a busy, acute NHS Trust.
- oSubstantial post-qualification experience in general radiography covering a broad range of examinations
- oDemonstrable leadership experience
- oA good understanding of the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI)
- oDemonstrable experience of managing conflicting demands and priorities, carrying out the role of team leader.
- oPrevious NHS experience
- oExperience working in a hospital environment that supports a wide range of complex clinical examinations
- oExperience of observing MSK X- Ray reporting of a qualified practitioner
- oAbility to complete a recognised post- graduate qualification in MSK X-Ray reporting (if required)
- oLeadership skills: significant experience of leading a team and running an area of work.
- oAbility to effectively communicate with all grades of staff using a range of communication methods
- oConfident and assertive, but diplomatic and approachable
- oAble to work as part of a team and independently, managing own time and workload as well as that of others
- oCommitment to own personal development.
