🌟 Credit Controller - Cleckheaton - £25,000 + Bonus (OTE £28k) 🌟
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday-Friday, 9am-5pmI'm working closely with a fantastic business based in Cleckheaton who are looking to welcome a Credit Controller into their small, friendly team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a confident and professional communication style, and is eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.💼 What's on offer?
  • £25,000 per annum basic salary
  • Generous bonus scheme - realistic OTE of £28,000
  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

📌 Key responsibilities:
  • Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments
  • Resolving queries and disputes in a professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of communication and payment activity
  • Working closely with internal departments to support credit control processes
👤 Who we're looking for: Experience is welcome but not essential - we're more interested in finding someone who:
  • Is a confident communicator (especially over the phone and email)
  • Has a professional and friendly approach
  • Is organised, proactive, and keen to learn
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals
